This dry white wine is made entirely from the Sauvignon grape variety and is vinified in stainless steel vats.
Extremely expressive and slightly pearly, this wine reveals fruit (blackcurrant, peach, apricot, grapefruit) and flowery aromas as well as a lot of freshness.
Annual production averages 4,000 bottles.
